Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping responsibility.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Responsibility & Delays
Once your order has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages that occur in transit. Delivery times are determined by the shipping provider and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If any shipping issues arise, including delays, lost packages, or delivery disputes, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. The carrier will be able to assist you with investigations or claims.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for the claims process.
