Due to the personalized nature of our products, all items are custom-made to order, including all Nixa logo specific designs. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at slaphouse.stickers@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement, please include:
• Your order number.
• Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
We are not liable for incorrect installation of stickers. Stickers should be applied on clean, dry surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
